1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Certijaz’s services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
Certijaz provides an online SaaS platform for issuing, managing, and verifying digital credentials and certifications. The Services may evolve over time, and Certijaz reserves the right to add, remove, or modify features at its discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age and capacity under applicable law to use the Services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration & Security
To use the Services, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Certijaz will not be liable for any unauthorized use resulting from your failure to safeguard access.
5. Subscription Fees & Payments
Access to certain features may require subscription fees.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Certijaz reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform content, code, and materials are owned by Certijaz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
7. User Content
Users retain ownership of any content they upload (e.g., names, certificates, branding). By uploading, you grant Certijaz a limited license to store, display, and deliver such content solely for providing the Services. Users are fully responsible for ensuring that their content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Service Availability
Certijaz strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause downtime. Certijaz is not liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certijaz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, business, or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Certijaz’s aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Certijaz, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or violation of these Terms.
12. Amendments
Certijaz may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Certijaz operates under the Kingdom of Bahrain’s laws, including Consumer Protection Law No. 35/2012, Electronic Communications and Transactions Law (Decree Law No. 54/2018), and Personal Data Protection Law No. 30/2018. This Refund Policy sets out your rights and our obligations as a digital services provider.
Digital Service Classification
Certijaz provides digital credential issuance as a subscription-based SaaS platform. Our services fall under Bahrain’s e-commerce and consumer protection framework for digital products.
Refund Rights
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:
- Core service failure that remains unresolved within 14 days of reporting
- Cancellation within 24 hours of subscription start, provided no user data has been uploaded and no credentials have been issued
- Duplicate billing or payment errors
Refunds are also available yet objective if a proven security breach within Certijaz’s security control affects the integrity of your account or data.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Credentials already issued and delivered
- For services delivered on pre agreed scope and custom integrations, API work, or white-label solutions once delivered
- Change of mind after using core platform features
- Issues arising from incorrect client-side configuration or misuse
- Anything not covered under “Refund Rights”
Request & Processing
- Send your refund request to support@certijaz.comincluding applicable reason and transaction details.
- We will confirm receipt within 4 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email (for enterprise).
- Cancellation takes immediate effect for future billing.
- Service access continues until the end of your paid billing cycle.
- Your data is handled in compliance with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law.

Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is designed to comply with all applicable laws in Bahrain. Where Bahrain’s laws grant you greater rights than described here, those rights will apply.
